Enterprise Account Coordinator
The Enterprise Account Coordinator is the champion for the organization and processes within the High Five Roof Safety Audit Program that Kattsafe offers.

Job Requirements:- Offer OSHA compliant solution recommendations based on consumer insights
- Create audit documentation for compliance purposes within the Kattsafe High Five Program
- Organizing material quotes, facility drawings, and compliance audits into a professional package for clients/customers
- Assist Enterprise Account Executive with presentations
- Well organized, meets deadlines, responsive, and demonstrates a sense of urgency
- Support and actively work with other Enterprise Account colleagues to streamline the key processes required for program functionality and establish capabilities, ownership, and process responsibility for all key High Five administrative duties.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year professional work experience required
- Expert knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook
- Knowledge of Salesforce
- Familiarity with order management systems or similar ERP software, Infor preferred
- Ability to grasp new software quickly, such as satellite imagery software
- Must be a team player and can establish working relationships both internally and externally.
